We are eager to commemorate the 6th Miami Rum Congress with you in the greatest rum city of the Americas. Join us at the Miami Beach Convention Center on January 31st and February 1st. This event is ideal for rum connoisseurs, casual consumers, and industry professionals eager to explore and learn about rum, with over 40+ distinct award-winning premium rum brands. Indeed, there are around 200 distinct rum expressions available for sampling either NEAT or in a TWISTED DAIQUIRI.

DaiquiriMANIA is a new program TheRumLab will be launching in 2025 during the Intro to Rum Session, which will take place during the GRAND TASTING SESSION (5 p.m. and 7pm.). DaiquiriMANIA will be a vibrant celebration of the classic daiquiri cocktail, reimagined with a modern twist and set to the nostalgic beats of retro music. This concept should bring together rum enthusiasts, cocktail lovers, and music aficionados for a night of delicious drinks and unforgettable tunes.
